This is the only machine I can use 24/7 and 365 days a year unlike my snowmobile and boat. This was the best $15,000 I have ever spent absolutely a great investment and Eric has been exceptional Great with the whole process of buying a new hot tub👍👍👍

We had previously owned an inflatable hot tub and liked it but struggled with the chemicals/maintenance. Eric was so helpful with explaining what we'd need to do with one of theirs as far as chemicals/maintenance and spent a lot of time making sure we found the perfect hot tub once we made the decision to purchase. Eric has continued to be extremely helpful since the delivery with all my questions regarding the chemicals that I needed to add. Everything about this experience has been excellent and we love the new hot tub!!

Fantastic staff and the service department is amazing too, these guys are always there to help when i need them and all of their product is made in the USA! I couldn't of picked a better store to do business with when I was ready for a new tub they made the buying process quick and easy and my new Bullfrog tub is everything i hoped it to be and then some. My only regret is not doing this sooner!

If anyone is in the market for a hot tub, this place is top notch. We had shopped many other hot tub places in the twin cities and weren't impressed because they seemed pushy and all they cared about was a quick sale. We decided to stop at Minnesota hot tub last minute. We were completely blown away by Eric and the laid back environment. He knew his hot tubs like the back of his hand. We actually decided on something bigger than we had originally planned and are so thankful we did. He even came out to our home after installation and went over everything in person and gave us tips and tricks. Super grateful for this experience with him! Also the installation process was a breeze and those guys did an incredible job. 10/10 recommendation!

I got my hot tub a little over a month ago. We shopped around to several other retailers in town and finally landed on this one. We choose MN Hot Tubs based on the hot tub that fit our needs and the sales guy Eric. There was some lead time purchasing the tub which was explained when purchasing, it came in when it was expected to. Delivery was on time and good. For starting it up the first time Eric made sure we knew we could call him for help in getting the chemicals right or any other questions. We filled it up and brought a water sample in for testing. Based on the sample results Eric recommends and writes out the amount of chemicals to use and timing. Worked well. A few weeks later I had additional issues in getting the water right. I brought in a sample again for testing. Based on those results we adjusted the chlorine and we are good to go again! When shopping at MN Hot Tubs you are not only buying a hot tub but also getting the support and easy ability to ask questions about your tub and water - which is what has made my experience a very positive. Highly recommend.

Even though we had to wait several months from purchase (which Eric advised us on at time of purchase due to COVID delays) Eric and the entire staff kept us updated on the status of delivery and promptly answered all of our questions along the way. Once delivered (very professional and friendly delivery team), Eric took time (on a snowy day) to come to our home and make sure we had everything set up correctly and made sure we were happy. Being new to owning a hot tub, this was very valuable. We love our new hot tub and 100% recommended Minnesota Hot Tubs!!!

We knew we were going to need a new cover for our hot tub and I knew Minnesota Hot Tubs sold and serviced Nordic spas so the only thing left to do was call them. I have purchased covers online in the past for previous spas but after talking to Eric those online cover purchases are history. We discussed the quality of covers and I can see the difference with the cover we purchased at Minn Hot Tubs. The price was actually less than I have paid in the past as well. Purchased our hot tub back in the fall of 2022 and wanted to wait to give a review. Eric was our sales person and he did not steer us wrong. We ended up purchasing a bullfrog tub and added the saltwater system to it. We were initially concerned of the maintenance and keeping the water quality good, but the saltwater system is amazing. Not only do we have minimal maintenance, we don't have the chlorine smell after getting out. Also, Eric's customer service after purchasing the tub has been outstanding. We would highly recommend Minnesota Hot Tubs of Lake Elmo!!!! Thanks again.

If getting more value than what you ever expected and a sales/service experience you had almost forgotten existed then buy a Bullfrog tub from these guys. Then prepare to be overwhelmed with the quality of the tub and their great customer service. These guys delivered our tub 180 miles (for what I consider a very small fee) down a 800 ft snow packed driveway in -11 (MINUS) blowing snow. Removed the old tub (solid block of ice) off the deck and set the new on without any issues. Moreover, the two delivery guys never complained about the conditions and worked until 1am as weather conditions got worse. This was in December and we didn't power the tub until July. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! What a great tub. Bullfrog is the best and it makes my top of the line tub from the other Big Name Brand feel like junk! Especially when it comes to customer service. These guys aren't just the best hot tub dealers they are a great company with great people! I am hoping they will service my other tub because I am done with the other dealership and other manufacturer. BUY BULLFROG. It's a great system, simple and wonderfully therapeutic from a great dealership!

We've had our tub for a month now and absolutely LOVE IT! The timeline ended up being longer than expected because of manufacturing back up but Mark and Ben provided EXCELLENT service every step of the way. Super helpful!!!! Also--we took the salt water system and I am so glad we did--nothing better! Quality expertise every step of the way.

Mark was great to work with from pre-sale through delivery, set-up, and now getting us comfortable with maintaining the chemical balance. I have to also state that it’s not only Mark. Eric at the Lake Elmo store has been a huge help as were the delivery guys. We’ve had 2 minor service calls (user error) and Dean has been GREAT!! It turns out that I’ve been making the chemical balancing more complicated than it is. Trust these guys, they know their product!!

Bought our Bullfrog spa nearly two years from the Lakeville location. The tub has performed excellently, and the staff has been very helpful with any questions during ownership. Recently we were having some issues with water clarity (we have the salt water version - AWESOME). My wife stopped in at the Lake Elmo store and they set up a fly-by appointment with Ben. Ben come out within a week, double checked our settings, (they were off), took a sample of water to bring back and check. He then called back after water sample test, gave my wife and I a few items to pick up in Lake Elmo. Once items were picked up he then took the time to walk back through all the settings and let me know what would be needed to help maintain the spa for our busy family of 5. I just had a short call with him today, he answered on the first ring, (Always returns call within a timely matter) and helped answer one final settings question. Our Bullfrog spa has been an absolute joy to own since we have had it. We have spent many of an evening in it together as a family. The jet packs are incredible and we still have the originals and have had no problems whatsoever. The Bullfrog spa has tremendous power and temperature control. After a long day of skiing, snowboarding, school, work or athletics, this is the place to find respite from the days events. We already plan upgrading our R7 as our children grow in the coming years. We have had 1 other hot tub in the past with tradition plumbing and traditional build. The Bull frog spa is built like no other, completely sealed all the way around form the elements and runs very efficiently. The Bullfrog spa is truly a remarkably engineered spa and our family will be "Bullfroggers" from here on out. Thank you Minnesota Hot Tub Sales and Support!

I just want to take a minute and tell of our experience at MN Hot tubs. Mark is such a friendly sales person and very knowledgeable on the BullFrog hot tub line. This was not our first rodeo with the hot tub game. We have had a hot tub at our cabin for over 15 years. When it came time to replace we visited several different hot tub manufactures and by far were most impressed with MN hot tubs. Mark did not want to just make a sale he was determined to find the right solution for us, and he did with flying colors. Yes, we had a couple of issues (who has not buying something this large) but were always handled with tact and grace got us the help we needed in a timely fashion. Fast forward a year when we decided to purchase another hot tub for our home we could not think of a better place to spend our money. Mark is great and we have been so happy with both of our purchases. BTW they delivered one to Savage MN and one to Wascott WI. What more can you ask for??? When you are looking a hot tub or replacement hot tub don’t pass this company up you will not be sorry!

Wanted to pass along our high praise for Mark and his installation crew. We felt zero pressure as Mark patiently walked us through the Bullfrog lines including their unique features. Ultimately, we decided on the the Bullfrog X series, for its quality construction, efficiency and smart design—inside and out. Plus, Mark went through the numbers with us twice to make sure we felt confident that we were getting the best value. The installation team was very friendly and went out of their way to dial in the positioning of the tub and describe its functionality to my wife (who's in charge of maintenance, luck me). It's been in non-stop use since the water heated up last week. Thanks!

Mark and Jesse were both great to work with. I can be a bit demanding and they handled me with patience and helped me feel comfortable. They recommended the salt system which most other Hot Tub places say not to. I opted to take Jess and Mark's advise and I am so happy. I have not had to adjust any chemicals for over 6 months. I don't waste money and time on testing and additional chemicals as I would have if I hadn't purchased the salt system. I say listen to Mark and Jesse. They know what they are talking about. One more thing. We really love our Bull Frog. the Jets are amazing, quality is amazing. Mark bent over backwards helping me get our hot tub delivered when we needed it. The people they contracted with were great! I just wish at the moment I could remember their name too. Great job to all.

I cannot say enough great things about Minnesota Hot Tubs and our salesman Gavin. We had wanted a very specific Nordic Hot Tub and after calling multiple spa dealers throughout the entirety of the Twin Cities metro region and suburbs who told me we couldn't count on one for at least a year after we had hoped, I placed one more lucky call to MN Hot Tubs and Gavin told me it would be no problem! They gladly held it until our landscaping project was done and promptly delivered it right on time to our exact specifications with nothing but courtesy and professionalism. Fantastic products and supplies. We purchased our tub, based on a friend's recommendation and we are totally happy with our purchase. Mark has always been a big help. Only small suggestion would be to standardize all startup and maintenance information so to lessen confusion. We had several entries in ours that references different products, none of which were in our package. Substitutions were provided however and they work fine. Just a bit of extra work and stress for a new tub owner. Definitely recommend MHT!
