This was the best $15,000 I have ever spent absolutely a great investment and Eric has been exceptional Great with the whole process of buying a new hot tub👍👍👍 Jeff Ness We had previously owned an inflatable hot tub and liked it but struggled with the chemicals/maintenance. Eric was so helpful with explaining what we'd need to do with one of theirs as far as chemicals/maintenance and spent a lot of time making sure we found the perfect hot tub once we made the decision to purchase. Eric has continued to be extremely helpful since the delivery with all my questions regarding the chemicals that I needed to add. Everything about this experience has been excellent and we love the new hot tub!! Lisa Campbell We purchased our Bullfrog spa from the Plymouth location as first time spa owners. Jack Nelson provided excellent (pressure free) customer service. He was prompt getting back to us through the entire process. He even came out to our house for our spa orientation and continued to help out with questions after everything was all set up. I am very grateful to have chosen the right hot tub retailer in a competitive market. Laura Cash Our delivery and set up was professional and trouble free. Initial questions were quickly responded to and answers were helpful. We got the Bromine generating system added to our hot tub and it has made maintenance much easier. Still using the tiub at 20 degrees outside yesterday and expect to use it all winter long. Love it Gary Edwards Gavin was great to work with. He was direct, clear and laid out all our options. We couldn’t be happier with the upgrade to salt water, too. Thank you! Kimberly Foster We recently bought a Bullfrog spa from MN Hot Tubs in Plymouth. Gavin was a pleasure to work with helping us understand the various makes and models, ownership, maintenance and more. He helps simplify the purchasing process and has been very helpful post installation getting the new spa dialed in for our family. We love the quality and it's a great fit for our home.
