We purchased our Bullfrog spa from the Plymouth location as first time spa owners. Jack Nelson provided excellent (pressure free) customer service. He was prompt getting back to us through the entire process. He even came out to our house for our spa orientation and continued to help out with questions after everything was all set up. I am very grateful to have chosen the right hot tub retailer in a competitive market.

Our delivery and set up was professional and trouble free. Initial questions were quickly responded to and answers were helpful. We got the Bromine generating system added to our hot tub and it has made maintenance much easier. Still using the tiub at 20 degrees outside yesterday and expect to use it all winter long. Love it

We were on the fence about our new sauna purchase as it is a large investment. The salesman Gavin helped us to make an informed decision without pressuring us. At the end of the day, we made the purchase and have no regrets. They had it built and delivered to our house, and recommended a local electrician they trust to do the install, 10/10 recommend this store!
