He was prompt getting back to us through the entire process. He even came out to our house for our spa orientation and continued to help out with questions after everything was all set up. Our delivery and set up was professional and trouble free. Initial questions were quickly responded to and answers were helpful. We got the Bromine generating system added to our hot tub and it has made maintenance much easier. Still using the tiub at 20 degrees outside yesterday and expect to use it all winter long. Love it
