Mark Lund has been and continues to be my go-to guy for my wonderful Bullfrog hot tub. He is always honest, helpful, knowledgeable and kind when answering my questions regarding the spa experience, how to fine tune the chemicals, what to watch for and what products I may need for maintenance. Bought our Bullfrog spa nearly two years from the Lakeville location. The tub has performed excellently, and the staff has been very helpful with any questions during ownership. Recently we were having some issues with water clarity (we have the salt water version - AWESOME). My wife stopped in at the Lake Elmo store and they set up a fly-by appointment with Ben. Ben come out within a week, double checked our settings, (they were off), took a sample of water to bring back and check. He then called back after water sample test, gave my wife and I a few items to pick up in Lake Elmo. Once items were picked up he then took the time to walk back through all the settings and let me know what would be needed to help maintain the spa for our busy family of 5. I just had a short call with him today, he answered on the first ring, (Always returns call within a timely matter) and helped answer one final settings question. Our Bullfrog spa has been an absolute joy to own since we have had it. We have spent many of an evening in it together as a family. The jet packs are incredible and we still have the originals and have had no problems whatsoever. The Bullfrog spa has tremendous power and temperature control. After a long day of skiing, snowboarding, school, work or athletics, this is the place to find respite from the days events. We already plan upgrading our R7 as our children grow in the coming years. We have had 1 other hot tub in the past with tradition plumbing and traditional build. The Bull frog spa is built like no other, completely sealed all the way around form the elements and runs very efficiently. The Bullfrog spa is truly a remarkably engineered spa and our family will be "Bullfroggers" from here on out. Thank you Minnesota Hot Tub Sales and Support!

Mark was great to work with from pre-sale through delivery, set-up, and now getting us comfortable with maintaining the chemical balance. I have to also state that it’s not only Mark. Eric at the Lake Elmo store has been a huge help as were the delivery guys. We’ve had 2 minor service calls (user error) and Dean has been GREAT!! It turns out that I’ve been making the chemical balancing more complicated than it is. Trust these guys, they know their product!!

Mark and Jesse were both great to work with. I can be a bit demanding and they handled me with patience and helped me feel comfortable. They recommended the salt system which most other Hot Tub places say not to. I opted to take Jess and Mark's advise and I am so happy. I have not had to adjust any chemicals for over 6 months. I don't waste money and time on testing and additional chemicals as I would have if I hadn't purchased the salt system. I say listen to Mark and Jesse. They know what they are talking about. One more thing. We really love our Bull Frog. the Jets are amazing, quality is amazing. Mark bent over backwards helping me get our hot tub delivered when we needed it. The people they contracted with were great! I just wish at the moment I could remember their name too. Great job to all.

Wanted to pass along our high praise for Mark and his installation crew. We felt zero pressure as Mark patiently walked us through the Bullfrog lines including their unique features. Ultimately, we decided on the the Bullfrog X series, for its quality construction, efficiency and smart design—inside and out. Plus, Mark went through the numbers with us twice to make sure we felt confident that we were getting the best value. The installation team was very friendly and went out of their way to dial in the positioning of the tub and describe its functionality to my wife (who's in charge of maintenance, luck me). It's been in non-stop use since the water heated up last week. Thanks!

We've had our tub for a month now and absolutely LOVE IT! The timeline ended up being longer than expected because of manufacturing back up but Mark and Ben provided EXCELLENT service every step of the way. Super helpful!!!! Also--we took the salt water system and I am so glad we did--nothing better! Quality expertise every step of the way.
